From signed contract to live dashboards in 4 weeks. FreightMath handles the heavy lifting — you focus on running your fleet.
Data Integration
Week 1: TMS data pipe connected, GL ingested. Week 2: MapLedger maps every account to the FreightMath Standard COA and tags each with its allocation method.
Model Calibration
The FreightMath ABC engine is calibrated against your cost structure. Dashboard training for your team — from Home KPIs through What-If scenario planning.
Go-Live
First period review, Rate Action Plan delivered (Advisory), and your team is running FreightMath independently. BidRight integration activated if bundled.
Common Questions
What is the difference between Analytics and Advisory?
FreightMath Analytics is the self-serve platform — full ABC costing, OR model, 15+ dashboards, and Segment Level Costing. Advisory adds the KSM Transport Advisors team: strategic reviews, Rate Action Plans, and lane-by-lane guidance built on your FreightMath data.
Are there per-seat or per-user fees?
No. Every plan is a single flat monthly fee based on fleet size. Add as many users and seats as you need — pricing doesn't change.
When is the setup fee waived?
The one-time onboarding fee is fully waived when you sign up for any FreightMath plan (Analytics or Advisory). If you start with BidRight only — without FreightMath — the setup fee applies. AS400 or other complex TMS environments are quoted separately at discovery.
Do I need BidRight to use FreightMath?
No. FreightMath is a standalone platform. BidRight is an optional companion through our partnership with Nussbaum Technology. Many carriers start with FreightMath alone and add BidRight later when they're ready to automate bidding with cost-backed pricing.
What TMS systems does FreightMath integrate with?
FreightMath supports all major TMS platforms including TMW, McLeod, Truckmate, Magnus, Innovative, and others. Custom integrations are included in onboarding — no additional fees on standard systems.
Is there a contract minimum?
Month-to-month is available at retail pricing. Annual commitments receive the discounted rate shown on each plan. No cancellation penalties after the first 90 days.
